SUMMARY:30th Annual Spring Adopt-A-Highway & Club Spring Cleanup
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday morning\, April 28\, we’ll be having our annual Spring Cleanup of the clubhouse. (Yes\, this is the same day as our Steak Roast dinner\, but it could give you something to do that morning\, while working up an appetite for the evening meal.) \nIn addition\, if you would like to take a nice walk along a country road\, carrying a bag\, that Saturday is also one of the club’s Adopt-a-Highway days. This job goes quickly\, and if the weather is good then it’s a nice way to get a little sunshine and exercise. If the weather’s not good\, you’ll still get the exercise. \nTo volunteer for either of these activities\, please contact Steve Cowley at 944-4375 or smcpdq@yahoo.com. Steve plans on starting at 9:00\, so we’ll meet at the Clubhouse about 8:30. \n
